Bright and tangy, this Mustard Seed Maple Dressing with tarragon and shallots is the perfect complement to roasted or grilled veggies and hearty salads. Easy, quick, and Vegan!
There is a nice balance in this Mustard Seed Maple Dressing that keeps you coming back for more. The whole mustard seeds, from whole grain mustard, give texture and delightful pungency that activates the senses. Fresh lemon juice gives just the right amount of bright tang and maple syrup smooths the dressing out without being overly sweet.
It is perfect for dressing up simple roasted veggies. Great with grain salads. Delicious on peppery Asian greens, arugula, and tender lettuces. Drizzle over steamed chard or kale, add toasted nuts and perhaps feta or goat cheese, so simple and tasty!
We love that it is so quick and easy to make!
