Hi, I’m Tonia! I am happy to be working with Sylvia once again and developing recipes for you! Together, we opened a vegetarian restaurant in Spokane called Mizuna, featuring fresh farm-to-table cuisine. Yes, it still exists!
Since then, I moved to the San Juan Islands, where food has remained central to my life: catering, creating farm-to-table dinners, personal cheffing, and cooking for my family.
After 25+ years of cooking professionally, I still find the ritual of cooking from the garden and sitting down to a home-cooked meal deeply nourishing. I hope you do too!
