There are things known and things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception.~ A. Huxley
This simple Blackberry Salad with Arugula and Basil is a snap to make and so refreshing and vibrant- perfect for summer! Spinach or arugula is tossed with juicy plump blackberries, basil leaves and toasted slivered almonds. I love adding crumbled goat cheese, but feel free to keep it vegan. The maple-sweetened balsamic vinaigrette is basic and straightforward.

Delicious! Felt very elevated and upscale for a salad. Delicious dressing, beautiful presentation. Not usually a fan of goat cheese but it paired so well with the dressing that I will definitely be open to using it more often. Thanks again for another amazing recipe!
