Looking for healthy lunch ideas?  We have hundreds of easy, healthy lunch recipes to nourish and brighten your workweek! Most are easily packable, perfect for work or school, and many are inspired by our restaurant lunch menu!

Some of my personal favorites include our Mediterranean Lentil Salad, our Thai Noodle Salad with the BEST Thai Peanut Sauce, and our chicken salad recipe that can be made into a wrap or sandwich. All keep up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
