Turmeric Golden Root juice – a fresh juice harnessing the power of turmeric root – to soothe inflammation, aid in cleansing the body and fight illness.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric root
  • 4 medium organic carrots
  • 2 small golden beets ( 23 inches in diameter), trimmed, quartered (optional, or sub 1 more carrot)
  • 1 apple- cored, quartered ( or sub one orange, peeled)

Instructions

Juice ingredients in the order listed.

Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.

    1. You could make the juice then add ground turmeric to taste. It may be more bitter than the fresh root, so go light to start.:)
