How to make Tlayudas! This healthy, lightened-up, version is vegan and GF adaptable! Feel free to add walnut chorizo,  chicken carnitas or turkey chorizo! Made with a crispy tortilla, topped with refried beans, cheese (optional) cabbage slaw, avocado and cilantro.
