Adaptable Recipes for Vegans & Meat Eaters Who Live Under One Roof

Many of you have households with varying dietary needs. For example, your daughter is vegan, and your husband loves meat, and you fall somewhere in between.

This collection of Adaptable Recipes is perfect for “mixed households” where vegans, meat-eaters, or gluten-free family members all live under the same roof.

One recipe can be adapted to accommodate different diets, making it simpler and easier to prepare meals.

Just separate out the protein but keep the base of the meal the same. For example, in this Sheet Pan Chicken Shawarma, add tofu to the sheet pan too. One meal two ways. And no headaches!
