Description

A Simple recipe for Honey Mustard  Salmon! Easy, fast and full of flavor!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Salmon- whole skinless filet or pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • optional: 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  2. Brush Salmon with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides of salmon. Lay salmon down on a parchment lined or greased baking sheet.
  3. Generously coat salmon with mustard, using a brush or the back of a spoon. (**If adding honey, mix the honey with the mustard before coating the salmon.)
  4. Bake until the desired doneness – about 10-15 minutes depending on thickness. Filets will take longer than individual portions.
  5. Broil for a couple minutes to get a crispy crust (optional)!

Notes

You can also use honey mustard instead of whole grain mustard. Feel free to “doctor this up” with a finely minced garlic clove.
