Cool and refreshing, Frozen Matcha Lattes are just what the doctor ordered on hot summer days! Made with Almond Milk, these vegan, blended match lattes are healthy, low carb and delicious!
Ingredients

- 3/4 cup almond milk ( I use unsweetened, vanilla flavored)
- 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder ( or start with less if you like)
- 2–3 teaspoons honey, agave or other sweetener
- 2 cups ice ( 6-8 ice cubes)
Instructions
Place almond milk, honey and matcha powder in a blender and blend. Add ice and blend again, adding more ice to desired thickness. I like this thick enough to stay on a spoon. Enjoy!
Notes
If using plain almond milk, a tiny splash of vanilla is nice. 🙂
