- 1/4 cup Fresh Turmeric Root - sliced (peels ok)
- Fresh Ginger 1/4 cup sliced (peels ok)
- Two oranges, peeled
- Pinch cayenne, optional
- honey to taste, optional
Instructions
Place turmeric, ginger, and oranges, either in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Let stand 15 minutes, strain. Drink, either hot or cold, sweeten with honey if you like.
Feel free to juice the turmeric, ginger and oranges in a juicer.
