Ingredients
- 4 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (or maple sugar)
- 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons fresh cracked peppercorns
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
