A simple recipe for Raw Apple Cider Vinaigrette , an easy “Everyday” salad dressing full of healthy probiotics. Made with your choice of honey or maple!

- 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar ( with the “mother” in it)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 –2 tablespoons raw honey ( or maple syrup)
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4–1/2 teaspoon pepper
- optional additions: fresh herbs, lemon juice or zest, 1 finely minced garlic clove or 1 tablespoon finely minced shallot
Instructions
Place all salad dressing ingredients in a small mason jar, seal and shake until well combined.
Notes
Keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge.
