Raw Apple Cider Vinaigrette
A simple recipe for Raw Apple Cider Vinaigrette , an easy “Everyday” salad dressing full of healthy probiotics. Made with your choice of honey or maple!

- ¼ cup raw apple cider vinegar ( with the “mother” in it)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 ½ –2 tablespoons raw honey ( or maple syrup)
- ¼–½ teaspoon salt
- ¼–½ teaspoon pepper
- optional additions: 1 finely minced garlic clove or 1 tablespoon finely minced shallot
Place all ingredients in a small jar, seal and shake until well combined.
Keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge.
