A simple recipe for Raw Apple Cider Vinaigrette , an easy “Everyday” salad dressing full of healthy probiotics. Made with your choice of honey or maple!
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2–1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 –2 teaspoons raw honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced (or sub 1 teaspoon granulated garlic) or 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot.
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to one week. To extend to 2 weeks, use granulated garlic and no fresh herbs.
Feel free to blend this in a mini blender!
