- 1/4 cup turmeric root, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup ginger, peeled and thinnly sliced
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water, more as desired
Instructions
- Place turmeric, ginger and the orange into a blender. Add the water. Blend.
- Strain using a fine mesh strainer.
- Stir in the black pepper and a squeeze of lemon, adding more to taste.
- Feel free to dilute further if preferred, or serve it up strong.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the fridge.
