  1. Place olive oil, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, maple syrup, and soy sauce in a small bowl or jar.  Add the finely minced ginger and garlic, salt, red pepper flakes, and sesame seeds.
  2. Whisk until combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container or sealed jar for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Shake before using.
